Pursuit Marketing started in 2011 with just 5 staff. Five years down thePursuit Marketing Logo.png line, they have expanded to over 120 and are continuing to grow. Pursuit Marketing are a lead generation agency based in Finnieston, Glasgow. The Challenge

 

Pursuit Marketing's systems had become unreliable, outdated and unable to keep pace with the huge growth of the business. This caused unacceptable levels of downtime and some significant growing pains.

 

Not only this, but the telephony system had reached end of life with no direct upgrade path. The vendor at that time was proposing a solution that would have been expensive to implement and costly to maintain. With a large proportion of their business conducted over the phone this was totally unacceptable.

 

The Solution

 

Initially, we provided new hardware while retaining the existing legacy software by utilising virtualization.

 

Over time data was migrated to Sharepoint and e-mail to Office 365. This ensured that their systems could grow at the same impressive rate as the company while providing constantly updated security features as standard.

 

A new telephony system was installed which reduced both call costs and line rental significantly while being easy to maintain and providing easy scalability to handle rapid increases and decreases in requirements.

Pursuit continue to grow at an impressive rate and win a host of business awards in the knowledge that their IT and telephony systems can cope with the demand as well as any short term additonal requirements.
