When to call the Incident Response helpline:

If you believe your company has been the victim of a cyber or financial fraud attack, please contact the Cyber and Fraud Centre free helpline. The team will provide experienced advice to assist you in resuming operations.

Organisations who are concerned about their overall security should also contact Cloud Cover IT to ensure they have the proper procedures in place.

The Cyber and Fraud Centre operates the helpline in partnership with the Scottish Government and Police Scotland. In addition, the Cyber and Fraud Centre collaborates with Cloud Cover IT and other trusted external organisations across the country to assist in circumstances where an onsite expert is required.
